CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling a trip for any reason, such as work or family matters, health issues, change of plans, etc., we are unable to give you a refund. There are financial costs involved in creating these luxury small group trips with organizing and prepaying hotels, vendors and the like.

We recommend you purchase Travel Insurance, particularly "cancel for any reason insurance", so that you will be reimbursed if you are unable to join the trip. You can purchase Travel Insurance through your own trusted travel insurance source or through sites like SQUAREMOUTH.

In the unlikely event that Jewels of Southeast Asia LLC need to cancel or reschedule a trip, we offer you one of the following options a) joining us on the rescheduled trip at a later date, b) applying your payment(s) towards a different trip, or c) receiving a full refund.
